Day2Day Responsibilities / Prior track record in:
Manage regular testing engagements with first and second line partners for annual and quarterly audits as well as testing related to corrective actions and issue closure representing the line of business and coordinating activities across product ownership teams.
Manage development of consistent control monitoring routines and dashboards.
Ensure control documentation is current and reflects all changes to the platform
Project and Program Management of Significant Change Initiatives i.e., SS&A, Compass, BVA, etc.…:
Facilitate planning and execution of initiatives across product, technology, and business teams.
Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, commitments, and success criteria.
Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery objectives.
Manage and provide transparency into risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and key decisions.
Track initiative health, progress against milestones, and delivery outcomes.
Drive issue resolution and escalation when commitments are at risk.
Roadmap Management:
Facilitate roadmap planning across product, technology, and business stakeholders.
Ensure epics, features, releases, and milestones are aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives.
Validate roadmap feasibility by assessing dependencies, capacity constraints, risks, and delivery commitments.
Maintain visibility into roadmap progress, key milestones, and delivery health.
Identify and escalate roadmap risks, conflicts, scope changes, and delivery impacts.
Coordinate roadmap adjustments as priorities, dependencies, or business needs evolve.
Provide leadership with transparent reporting on roadmap status, milestones, and forecasted outcomes.
Drive alignment between roadmap commitments, release plans, and delivery execution.
Dependency Management:
Identify, document, and maintain visibility of cross-team, cross-product, and external dependencies.
Facilitate discussions to establish dependency owners, due dates, and impact assessments.
Track dependency health and drive timely resolution of blockers and risks.
Escalate unresolved dependencies through appropriate governance forums.
Ensure dependencies are incorporated into delivery plans, release readiness reviews, testing strategies, and status reporting.
Provide transparency into dependency status, impacts, and mitigation plans to product and technology leadership.
Cross-Product Management and Coordination:
Facilitate alignment across product managers, technology teams, business stakeholders, architecture, testing, infrastructure, and support organizations.
Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, and release timelines across products with shared dependencies or objectives.
Identify and resolve cross-product conflicts, resource constraints, competing priorities, and delivery risks.
Ensure consistent communication and transparency regarding progress, dependencies, risks, and impacts across stakeholders.
Drive collaboration between teams to remove barriers and accelerate delivery outcomes.
Ensure delivery activities remain aligned to roadmap commitments, business priorities, and organizational objectives.
Status Reporting – Various status reporting where needed, BURs, Execution Meetings, MBRs, ect…:
Establish and maintain standardized delivery reporting.
Consolidate and communicate progress against roadmap commitments, milestones, and delivery objectives.
Provide visibility into delivery health, risks, issues, dependencies, impediments, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure consistent reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery metrics, release readiness, and execution status.
Highlight emerging concerns, trends, and potential impacts to delivery commitments.
Support governance forums, leadership reviews, and executive updates with accurate and actionable information.
Release Coordination:
Coordinate release planning and execution activities across product, technology, testing, infrastructure, and support teams.
Establish and maintain integrated release plans, milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria.
Facilitate release readiness reviews to ensure testing, controls, approvals, support, and operational requirements are completed.
Identify, track, and escalate release risks, dependencies, issues, and blockers that could impact delivery commitments.
Ensure alignment between release plans, roadmap commitments, change management activities, and production deployment schedules.
Coordinate stakeholder communications before, during, and after significant releases.
Provide transparent reporting on release health, readiness, risks, and outcomes.
Overall Governance and Structure:
Establish and maintain product-area governance forums, operating cadences, and delivery reviews.
Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and accountability across product, technology, and supporting teams.
Drive adherence to Agile, SDLC, risk, compliance, release, and delivery management standards.
Implement standardized processes, metrics, reporting, and escalation paths across the product area.
Facilitate leadership reviews focused on delivery health, roadmap progress, dependencies, risks, and performance.
Ensure risks, issues, decisions, and action items are documented, tracked, and resolved through appropriate governance channels.
