Position: SAP TM Consultant

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)

Duration: 8+ months

Exp Level: 10+ years

Description:

Role Descriptions:

· 8+ years of experience in SAP transportation management with a focus on S/4 HANA

· In-depth knowledge of transportation management processes, including route optimization, carrier selection, freight planning, and load building

· Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA transportation management module and its integration with other SAP modules

· Proficiency in SAP Transportation Management (TM) functionality and configuration

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and with stakeholders at all levels

Good-to-Have

· SAP certification in Transportation Management

· Experience with transportation management integration with external systems such as TMS and WMS

· Knowledge of industry-specific transportation challenges and best practices

· Experience with transportation management reporting and analytics tools

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Analyse transportation requirements and design optimal transportation management solutions using S/4 HANA platform.

2 Expertise in configuration and customization of transportation management functionality within SAP S/4 HANA

3 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate transportation management with other SAP modules and external systems

4 Lead and support transportation management implementation projects, including testing, training, and go-live support.

5 Provide guidance and expertise to end users and stakeholders on transportation management best practices

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
