Role: SAP EWM Consultant

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Role Descriptions:

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Warehouse & Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM with expertise in S/4 HANA implementation. SAP decentralized EWM, S/4 HANA, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Management (QM) integration with EWM & Configuration, Change Management Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementation projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex business

requirements and propose effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. SAP certifications in relevant areas (optional but preferred).

Good-to-Have · Experience in SAP EWM essential. · Agile and must be able to collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP EWM based solutions. Hold on regional language is an added advantage (Spanish, French, German or Italian)

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Support design and development of business process and technical solutions to the global SAP environment in cooperation with information technology and business users
2 Build relationships with business partners and end-users to grow business process knowledge.
3 Leverage Finance and Supply Chain business and technical experience to propose innovations that improve productivity and controls.
4 Provide initial consulting and resolve issues to security steward community and end-users.
5 Resolve business and technical issues impacting global and local processes. Coordinate and provide EWM in support at for the clients assigned.
6 Identify and act on incremental innovation opportunities based on consulting requests received. Provide business process and SAP training
