Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain to lead and deliver strategic technology and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution for banking technology and business transformation initiatives.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
Develop project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Drive requirements gathering, solution planning, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements.
Support change management and user adoption activities.
Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement.
Required Skills
8+ years of Project Management experience.
3+ years managing Banking or Financial Services projects.
Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Expertise in project planning and delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of SDLC and software implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
