Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead Oracle ERP implementation and rollout projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end Oracle ERP deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple business units and geographic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle ERP implementation and rollout projects from planning through go-live and post-production support.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
Drive global or regional rollout strategies, including deployment planning, data migration, testing, training, and change management.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive management.
Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design reviews, and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices.
Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and mitigation plans.
Support UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
8+ years of project management experience with Oracle ERP programs.
Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS implementations and rollouts.
Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, or Manufacturing.
Experience managing global/multi-country rollouts.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Experience with system integrations, data migration, and change management.
Knowledge of enterprise transformation and digital modernization initiatives.
