Role: Business Analyst – Production Support (.NET Applications) with Retails domain experience
Location: Alpharetta, Atlanta, GA – (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Pay Range: $50-55/hr. on C2C
Competencies: 8-10+ years’ experience

Experience Required
§ Business Process Analysis:
– Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
§ Demonstrated competency in the design, programming and testing of web-based applications.
§ Work effectively as part of a team and work with others across the organization to achieve a common goal.
§ Analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems quickly.
§ Excellent critical thinking skills; using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative
§ solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
§ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements. Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
§ Monitor production systems from a business impact perspective and review alerts, incidents, and dashboards.
§ Assess and prioritize incidents based on customer, store, and operational impact.
§ Act as the business point of contact during production issues and outages.
§ Coordinate with support (L2/L3), monitoring/SOC, development, QA, and external teams.
§ Validate environment stability (Production, Staging, QA) and flag configuration issues.
§ Support incident triage, distinguishing incidents, defects, and enhancements.
§ Communicate clear, business‑friendly status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
§ Support post‑deployment monitoring and hyper care to ensure business stability.
§ Identify recurring issues and support preventive monitoring and risk mitigation.
§ Ensure incidents are closed only after business confirmation, not just technical resolution.
