Role: Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX – Day 1 onsite
Duration: 6+ months

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with strong functional consulting expertise to support ongoing transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong consulting pedigree from leading firms such as Deloitte, Tata Consultancy Services, or Infosys, and demonstrate deep domain knowledge in finance processes within SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted finance transformation advisor to business stakeholders
Lead S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) solution design and business process discussions
Drive fit-gap analysis, process optimization, and solution blueprinting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, Retail, etc.)
Provide strategic inputs on financial processes, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR)
Asset Accounting
Costing & Profitability Analysis (COPA)
Support client workshops, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication
Ensure alignment with industry best practices and SAP standards
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO)
Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations
Proven experience in a consulting role (client-facing, advisory-driven)
Background with top-tier consulting/IT firms (e.g., Deloitte, TCS, Infosys or equivalent)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a highly collaborative onsite environment (Dallas)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Retail / Footwear / Fashion industry
Exposure to S/4HANA Finance transformation programs or brownfield/greenfield implementations
Strong understanding of business processes rather than only system configuration
MBA / CA / CPA or equivalent finance background is a plus
