Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project execution, reporting, onboarding activities, budget tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, status updates, and executive presentations.
Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.
Manage new employee/vendor onboarding, system access requests, and documentation.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, invoices, and resource utilization.
Assist with financial tracking, forecasting, and budget reconciliation.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
Support procurement, contract administration, and purchase order tracking.
Ensure timely reporting of project KPIs and adherence to governance processes.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or PMO Coordinator.
Experience in project reporting, dashboard creation, and documentation.
Strong experience with onboarding coordination and administrative support.
Hands-on experience managing project budgets, invoices, and financial tracking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in PMO or enterprise project environments.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau reporting is a plus.
CAPM, PMP, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
