Role: Lead Guidewire Tester
Location: Lansing, Michigan – Remote

Must have skills: Guidewire Associate certified (preferred)
Job Description:
>> 13+ years of hands-on experience
>> Experience in QA/testing, with a strong understanding of Guidewire Policy Center and its modules.
>> Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
>> Lead QA testing efforts for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
>> Design and develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and system requirements.
>> Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
>> Strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain
>> Validate batch processes, billing rules, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
>> Defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development for resolution.
>> Mentor junior testers and coordinate testing activities in a distributed team setup.
>> Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA / ALM), automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git) for automated testing
>> Knowledge of Guidewire Digital applications or Dev Connect.
>> Active Guidewire Analyst certification
