Role: Workday HCM/Security/Reporting
Location: REMOTE
Duration: Long Term Project
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Core HCM
Configure and support Workday Core HCM business processes including Hire, Termination, Job Change, Compensation Change, and Organizational Management
Maintain worker, position, supervisory organization, and hierarchy data to ensure downstream accuracy across Payroll, Benefits, and Integrations
Troubleshoot HCM process issues and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurring defects
Support Workday releases, testing cycles, and post-production validation

Security
Design, configure, and maintain Workday security using role-based, user-based, and intersection security groups
Manage domain and business process security policies aligned to least-privilege principles
Troubleshoot access issues impacting transactions, reports, and integrations
Support audits and compliance requirements by documenting security design and changes

Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports
Build and optimize Calculated Fields, including condition rules, lookups, and aggregations
Design and publish Dashboards and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) outputs for downstream systems
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions

Required Qualifications
Workday Certification in Core HCM (required)
Hands-on experience with Workday Security configuration and troubleshooting
Strong experience with Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields
Experience supporting Production tenants in an AMS or post-go-live environment
Ability to analyze data and process issues across HCM, Security, and Reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Workday certifications (Security, Reporting, or related HCM modules)
Experience supporting integrations dependent on HCM and reporting outputs
Client-facing consulting experience in large enterprise environments
Experience supporting Open Enrollment, Year-End, or other critical HR events
