Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OpenText Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting OpenText solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP integration, document management, and enterprise content management (ECM). Experience integrating OpenText solutions with SAP business processes is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
Integrate OpenText solutions with SAP applications such as ECC and S/4HANA.
Configure and support OpenText Archive Server, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Extended ECM, and Archive Center.
Manage document archiving, retrieval, workflow, and content lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain interfaces between OpenText and SAP using ArchiveLink, RFC, BAPIs, Web Services, or REST APIs.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams during implementation and support.
Perform system upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance tuning.
Prepare technical documentation and support end users.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience with OpenText ECM solutions.
Experience with OpenText administration and configuration.
Knowledge of document archiving and enterprise content management concepts.
Experience with OpenText APIs, Web Services, and integration technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
