Job Title: Guidewire Policy Center Developer

GuideWire PC Integration Experience
Worked Specifically in Rating Integration with Third Party like duck creek
Expert in web services, messaging services, batches etc
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire Policy Center Configuration and Integration.
Expertise in Gosu programming language. Good understanding of Guidewire data model, Policy lifecycle, and underwriting workflows.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using Guidewire Integration Framework (GOSU, SOAP/REST APIs, Messaging).
Experience with Guidewire Integration Views, Messaging, Batch Processes, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Familiarity with Guidewire Studio, GUnit, and Guidewire Configuration Best Practices.
Working knowledge of Java, JSON, XML, and SQL. Good communication and analytical skills.
Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer/information science or information systems management or equivalent
Minimum 10-12 years of IT hands-on application development experience
Minimum 5 to 6 years of IT hands-on development experience with Guidewire Policy Center 9.0 or higher
Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in implementing Gunit concepts
Proven experience with Configuration and Integration experience with Guidewire Policy Center 9.0 or higher
Minimum 3 years of hand on experience with SQL (SQL server/Oracle/DB2)/No SQL related technologies
Minimum 2 years of experience integrating with RESTful /SOAP Web services
Knowledge of working with monitoring tools like AppDynamics
Strong understanding of object-oriented design best practices
Knowledge of researching and preparing detailed functional specifications
Good knowledge of estimating, planning and tracking development tasks
Experience with debugging production issues and resolving them
Experience with identifying application performance bottlenecks and resolving them
In depth hands-on experience with continuous integration practices, processes and tools (Jenkins, GUNIT, GitLab)
Proficient in writing configurable, maintainable and testable code in a highly collaborative environment
Property & Casualty domain knowledge is a plus
