Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Bs degree with 9 years’ experience in c/c++ , stm32 , arm , rtos / FreeRTOS and bootloader and low-level driver development
Experience with MATLAB/Simulink , functional safety , renewable energy / EV charging / ups preferred
Experience with cybersecurity implementation to industrial / energy systems and supporting product certification and regulatory audits preferred
Lead embedded software development team to Bess products and platforms
Develop firmware to battery management systems / energy management systems , battery controllers and power conversion and monitoring systems
Define system architecture, firmware design strategy, coding and development , technical designs, source code, and validation
Design and develop firmware using embedded c/c++ on stm32 microcontroller
Develop low-level drivers, middleware, communication stacks, and application software
Perform board bring-up, peripheral integration, debugging, and optimization
Implement cell monitoring, balancing, thermal management, soc/soh algorithms, protection mechanisms, and fault
Cybersecurity standards applicable to energy storage systems
Experience in communication protocols such as can / can-fd , ModBus rtu/tcp , uart / spi / i2c / ethernet
Support integration with Scada, Ems, cloud platforms, and Embedded Software Lead :: Bethlehem, PA (Fully Onsite)monitoring systems
Define firmware verification and validation and support system testing
Ensure traceability, version control, and release
Work with hardware, systems, cloud, test, and product management teams
Support customer design audits
