ROLE SCOPE & ACCOUNTABILITY

What You Own

· End-to-end technical health, reliability, support model, and roadmap for payroll and workforce management applications, including Infor WFM and UKG Payroll.

· Payroll technology strategy, architecture simplification, investment priorities, IT budgets, Agile funding, delivery governance, and vendor performance.

· Production issue management from intake through diagnosis, containment, correction, validation, communication, root cause analysis, and prevention.

· Technical capability and operating discipline of internal employees, contractors, managed service providers, and vendors supporting payroll technology.

· Quality of configuration, integrations, controls, testing, documentation, release readiness, and production outcomes.

Leadership Approach

· Maintain practical knowledge of application configuration, interfaces, data flows, security, schedules, logs, reporting, and downstream dependencies so the Director can guide technical decisions and contribute meaningfully when issues are complex or business critical.
