Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python (Fast API) and AI agent-based integrations to design and deliver scalable, intelligent backend solutions. The role focuses on building API-driven platforms and integrating LLM-powered agentic workflows across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI
Lead implementation of AI agent frameworks (Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI)
Integrate LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) into business workflows and applications
Build agentic orchestration, RAG pipelines, and tool-based automation workflows
Architect API-first and event-driven integrations across cloud and enterprise platforms
Ensure performance, security, scalability, and observability of services
Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and AI/ML teams for solution delivery 
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, async programming
Experience with AI/GenAI frameworks and agent-based architectures
Integration experience with LLMs and AI services (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI)
Knowledge of microservices, API gateways, and cloud (Azure/AWS)
Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with event-driven architecture, messaging (Kafka, Service Bus, etc. 
Preferred Skills

Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases (Redis, Pinecone, FAISS)
Exposure to enterprise integration platforms (Apigee, Mirth, etc.)
Understanding of distributed systems and system design 
Education

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field
