Position: Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Engineer
Location: Miami Lakes, FL
Duration: 6+ months contract
H1B candidates ONLY – Passport number MUST
Job Description:
This is an opportunity to learn MES from the ground up while working directly with manufacturing, quality, and operations in an FDA-regulated environment.
What You’ll Do:
Support the implementation and ongoing use of the Critical Manufacturing MES platform.
Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and shop floor teams.
Learn to configure MES workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support users.
Assist with training operators and engineers (English & Spanish).
Participate in change control and validation activities (FDA/GxP environment)
Help bridge the gap between how products are made and how systems support production
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (internships count)
Exposure to regulated industries (medical device, pharma, aerospace) is a plus
Understanding of production processes, workflows, and shop floor operations
Strong problem-solving skills and interest in systems/process improvement
Ability to learn and grow into a technical MES subject matter expert
Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
