About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with 12+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and cloud-based data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake and DBT.

 

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting.
Work with Snowflake and DBT to transform and manage data efficiently.
Develop and support Informatica ETL (PowerCenter or IICS) workflows.
Implement incremental data loads and optimize performance of data pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, analytics, and IT.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using Git-based workflows.

 

 
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
Strong SQL and data modeling expertise.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT.
Experience with Informatica ETL tools (PowerCenter or IICS).
Good understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
Proficiency in Git-based development workflows.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with healthcare data (encounters, diagnoses, readmissions).
Knowledge of ICD-10 coding standards.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
