Senior .NET Developer with GCP long term contract

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience with software development in C#, DotNet and Cloud Modernization, preferably GCP cloud.
S​killed developer experienced in C# and .NET with a strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its application to legacy modernization projects. The role involves designing, developing, and migrating legacy .NET applications to GCP, leveraging GCP services while ensuring performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
 

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in C#, .NET, and GCP to lead the modernization of legacy .NET applications on Google Cloud Platform. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and migrating on-premise applications to GCP, leveraging modern .NET technologies and GCP services while ensuring performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
 

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Architects and Product Manager for discussions on design and development
Provide technical inputs to the BSA to able to create the Technical Stories
Work with the Offshore Architect to anchor the technical discussions
Handshake between Onsite and Offshore with Offshore meetings for any clarifications and Technical blockers
 

.NET and GCP Engineering Manager:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of experience with software development in C#, DotNet and Cloud Modernization, preferably GCP cloud.
8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing strategic projects, with 3+ years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization’s goals. Collaborate with Global teams and align strategy, processes, and decision-making across various stakeholders. Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization’s goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching. Develop the mid-term technical vision and roadmap within the scope of your (often multiple) team(s). Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs. Design, guide and vet systems designs within the scope of the broader area. Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
