Position: Test Data Management Consultant
Location: Tampa, FL – Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description:
8–15 years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM) using tools such as Broadcom CA TDM and Javelin.
Strong hands-on experience with Broadcom TDM components including:
TDM Portal – project creation, data modeling, masking, generation, and self-service
Fast Data Masker
Data Maker
Data Subsetting
Javelin workflow design
Experience with data virtualization, self-service data provisioning, data cloning, and automation using REST APIs.
Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-level TDM strategies, including data provisioning, masking, synthetic data generation, and data privacy compliance such as GDPR/HIPAA.
Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata, MongoDB, and cloud storage.
Experience handling both structured and unstructured data.
Experience integrating TDM solutions with Agile and DevOps frameworks, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and data pipelines.
Ability to manage the end-to-end test data lifecycle, from request intake through delivery and restoration, with focus on scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business requirements and architect scalable TDM solutions.
Familiarity with Data Quality and ETL/ELT processes.
