Proficient in CRM functional areas in Sales , Marketing and Customer Service management Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integrations development
Sound in core NET technology and related areas – Web Services, SSIS, SQL Server Experience in deployment aspects Good and assertive in communication and articulation skills Experience of working as MS CRM Developer for at least 2 projects
Role Descriptions:
Dynamics CRM Development: Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRMCE apps.
Build plugins (C)| custom workflows| JavaScript enhancements.
Customize forms| views| dashboards| and business rules.
Power Platform M365Buildextend Power Apps (ModelDrivenCanvas) (good to have).
Automate processes using Power Automate.
Work with SharePoint| Teams| and other M365 integrations.
CRM Configuration Configure entities| fields| relationships| solutions| security roles.
Manage solution packaging and deployment between environments.
Integration API WorkUse CRM Web API REST OData for integrations.
Work with Azure FunctionsLogic Apps (optional).
Support Maintenance Analyze issues and provide timely fixes.
Perform testing and ensure high quality deployments.
Skills: Digital : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Experience Required: 6-8
