Job Description -Principal Quality Assurance EngineerMust have LinkedIn profile pictureInterview mode : SkypeLocation : Deerfield Beach, FL About the jobLocation: Deerfield Beach, FLDuration: 2 Month ContractPrincipal QA Consultant / QA SMECandidate must be genuine Visa.Overview: We are seeking a Principal QA Consultant / QA SME to support a short-term, SOW-based engagement focused on improving delivery speed and quality through scalable QA/QE practices and environment management capabilities. This individual will act as a senior, consultative partner, helping accelerate alignment on a QA/QE vision, finalize a multi-year maturity roadmap, and define a pilot approach to drive measurable improvement across a complex enterprise environment. The role will operate across enterprise, Salesforce, and Azure-based product teams, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver both near-term impact and a long-term roadmap for scale.Engagement ObjectivesThis engagement is focused on accelerating progress across the QA/QE roadmap, with an emphasis on near-term alignment, roadmap completion, and pilot readiness, while establishing a foundation for scalable transformation.
Assessment & Alignment: Evaluate current QA/QE processes, automation maturity, and environment management capabilities, and align stakeholders on a clear vision, guiding principles, and success metrics
Roadmap Finalization: Complete and gain alignment on a multi-year QA/QE maturity roadmap tied to business goals around delivery speed, quality, and scalability
Pilot Definition & Readiness: Identify and define a pilot initiative, including scope, approach, baseline metrics, and measurable KPIs, along with a clear execution plan
Measurement & Scale Framework: Establish a framework to measure success, capture lessons learned, and support broader rollout across the organizationKey Deliverables include:
QA/QE current state assessment and gap analysis
Defined QA vision, guiding principles, and success metrics
Finalized multi-year QA/QE maturity roadmap
Pilot initiative with defined scope, KPIs, and execution approach
Measurement framework and scale strategy
Executive-level readout and recommendationsRequired Experience
10+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering
Proven experience leading QA transformations, maturity assessments, or roadmap initiatives
Strong expertise in:
Test automation strategy and frameworks
QA governance and best practices
Enterprise-scale, highly automated environments
Experience with:
Cloud (Azure preferred)
Complex ecosystems (Salesforce preferred)
Familiarity with tools such as: Azure DevOps, qTest, Tosca (Tricentis), DynatracePreferred
Experience building QA maturity roadmaps and pilot programs
Exposure to AI/ML in QA
Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders
