Job Role and Responsibilities:
Integration/Development Lead for S/4HANA Public Cloud – should be staffed out of Houston SDC
• 10+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies, including 4+ years working on SAP BTP.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools such as SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and Event Mesh.

• Architect integration solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and developers.
• Configure and manage BTP services such as Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and Extension Suite to support integration and extension needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop integration scenarios using SAP CPI, REST APIs, OData, Groovy scripting, XSLT mappings, and SAP Gateway for SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Build integration solutions for SAP Public Cloud and SAP RISE environments, ensuring compatibility and scalability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance for scalability, reliability, and security. • Establish integration standards, processes, and governance protocols to maintain quality and compliance.
• Ensure solutions comply with data governance and security standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies, including 4+ years working on SAP BTP.

• Expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh) and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of Groovy scripting and XSLT for integration customizations and mappings.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Public Cloud and RISE solutions for enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
