Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Technical Architect to lead the Proof of Concept (POC) for Microsoft Copilot in a large-scale, multi-tenant environment. This role is responsible for setting up the technical structure, security guardrails, and data governance for AI adoption.
Must-Have Technical Skills (Keywords to check in Resume):
Microsoft Copilot for M365: Hands-on experience in deployment and configuration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Microsoft Purview: Deep knowledge of Data Sensitivity Labels, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and Information Protection.
Copilot Studio: Ability to build custom AI experiences and manage Graph Connectors.
M365 & Entra ID: Expertise in Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) in multi-tenant setups.
Power Platform: Experience with Power Automate and Power BI for automation and usage reporting.
Core Responsibilities:
Architecture: Design the secure setup of Copilot across multiple company tenants.
Data Governance: Ensure the “Least Privilege” model (making sure users only see what they are allowed to see).
Strategy: Define what “Success” looks like for the AI pilot and create roadmaps for the executive team (C-level).
Training: Create “Prompting Playbooks” to help employees use AI effectively.
Preferred Experience:
7–10+ years in M365 Engineering/Architecture.
Prior experience leading a POC (Proof of Concept) in a global company.
Certifications (Preferred):
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC 100) or Information Protection Administrator (SC 400)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS 102) or Teams Administrator Associate
• Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL 600) or Copilot Studio/Power Platform certifications
• ITIL v4 Foundation (higher levels a plus)
