LEAD Full stack .NET developer ( React) with mobile & web development experience
Duration: 6-12 Months
Location: Charlotte NC (Onsite from day 1)

Primary Skills (Must-Have):
C# .NET Core / .NET Framework (REST API development)
AWS Lambda (.NET Core preferred)
Working experience in C# .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile app development (Android, iOS)
Working experience in React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components, JavaScript/TypeScript)
SQL Server database
Strong understanding of AWS Serverless architecture
Strong understanding of event-driven architecture
Authentication & Authorization (SSO, RBAC)
Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Git repos)
AWS Cloud knowledge – AWS API Gateway, Event Bridge Event Bus, CloudWatch, S3, EC2, Application Load Balancer
Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Have):
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service as task management tool integration
Experience with mobile app backend optimization
Knowledge of retry strategies and DLQ patterns
Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD) and event sourcing
