Role: ServiceNow SPM Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Rate range: $50-55/hr. on C2C
ServiceNow SPM with Sr. Developer hands on coding experience in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management):
Project Portfolio Management (PPM), including Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Planning
AI Capabilities to be identified and implement in SPM module to reduce turnaround time.
Expertise in Strategic Planning modules such as Roadmap Planning, Scenario Planning, Investment Funding, and Innovation Management.
Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools such as workflows, business rules, and scripts.
Experience with Performance Analytics and the creation of reports and KPIs, Indicators etc
Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow SPM modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze strategic planning processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable solutions.
ServiceNow certification in SPM/ITBM is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new concepts quickly
Detailed JD
8+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
Strong knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), including Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Planning.
Experience with Enterprise Agile solutions such as Agile Development, Lean Portfolio Management, Digital Product Management, and Test Management.
Expertise in Strategic Planning modules such as Roadmap Planning, Scenario Planning, Investment Funding, and Innovation Management.
Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools such as workflows, business rules, and scripts.
Experience with Performance Analytics and the creation of reports and KPIs, Indicators etc
Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow SPM modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze strategic planning processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable solutions.
Translate business needs into technical designs, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and best practices.
Configure and customize the platform using roadmaps, investment plans, scoring models, and workflows to meet client-specific requirements.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in global settings.
ServiceNow certification in SPM/ITBM is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new concepts quickly
