Hiring: Full Stack Developer – Ruby on Rails

Position Summary/Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to help plan and execute major platform features and capabilities. In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing coarse grained features and capabilities. A strong candidate will be skilled at breaking down large problems and defining acceptance criteria for work and will require minimal oversight or direction.

Experience
Basic Qualifications
– 8+ years relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience
– 7+ years of application development experience
– 4+ years of full stack application development experience
Preferred Qualifications
– 8+ years of experience with Ruby or another object-oriented programming language
– 4+ years of experience with Github Actions
– Experience with Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Operations
– Experience with AWS Administration
– Experience using AI tools such as Copilot for software development
