Job Title: .NET Lead
Location: Richmond, VA
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NETCore, Web APIs, and SQL Server, along with proven technical leadership and experience working with Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and development best practices.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database integrations.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide root-cause analysis and production support.
Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
Implement secure, high-performance, and maintainable application solutions.
Work with Azure/AWS, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps tools as required.
Follow Agile/Scrum, SDLC, coding standards, and testing best practices.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in .NET/C# development.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
Expertise in C#, REST APIs, Web API, and Microservices.
Strong experience with SQL Server.
Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
