Role Overview
We are looking for a senior AWS Cloud Enterprise Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud transformation programs involving migration and modernization of enterprise workloads on AWS. The role requires strong ownership of end-to-end program delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-scale AWS cloud transformation programs (migration + modernization)
Define program roadmap, strategy, and success metrics
Drive cloud adoption aligned with AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
Establish and manage program governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Own RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalations
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization (FinOps)
Oversee Agile/DevOps delivery execution and track milestones
Engage and influence C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment across architecture, engineering, and business teams
Must-Have Requirements (Strict Screening)
12+ years experience with at least recent experience in AWS cloud programs
Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise cloud transformation programs
Hands-on understanding of:
AWS cloud services and architecture
Migration & modernization strategies
DevOps and Agile delivery models
Strong experience in program governance & risk management frameworks
Demonstrated expertise in FinOps (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
Experience managing global, cross-functional teams
Proven exposure to C-level stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-cloud / hybrid cloud environments
Experience working in large enterprise transformations (multiple workstreams/apps)
Exposure to vendor management & commercial negotiations
Experience across industries with large migration programs
