Job Summary
Client is seeking an experienced OFSAA Transaction Monitoring Technology Lead to lead the technical design, development, and support of the Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Transaction Monitoring (TM) platform used for enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OFSAA FCCM, Oracle Database, ETL/IETL, AutoSys scheduling, data pipelines, and production support, along with experience in technical leadership, platform architecture, and regulatory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Architecture & Platform Ownership
Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform.
Design and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient transaction monitoring solutions.
Define technical standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines.
Drive platform modernization, performance optimization, and cloud enablement initiatives.
OFSAA Transaction Monitoring Development
Lead hands-on development and engineering of OFSAA Transaction Monitoring jobs.
Develop and support Entity Resolution (ER), Transaction Monitoring (TM), reconciliation, validation, and batch processing.
Design and maintain AutoSys job schedules, dependencies, restart strategies, and recovery procedures.
Optimize Oracle SQL queries, database partitioning, statistics collection, and overall database performance.
Review technical designs, implementation documents, and operational runbooks.
Production Support
Act as the highest-level technical escalation point for production issues.
Troubleshoot complex problems involving OFSAA, Oracle Database, ETL/IETL processes, scheduling, and file ingestion.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks affecting AML operations.
Data Quality & Controls
Design and implement technical data quality checks and reconciliation processes.
Ensure data consistency across source systems, staging layers, and OFSAA Transaction Monitoring tables.
Collaborate with data governance and controls teams to implement preventive and detective controls within transaction monitoring pipelines.
Change Management & Regulatory Support
Lead technical implementation of scenario changes, threshold tuning, lookbacks, and regulatory updates.
Manage changes through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ensure solutions are testable, traceable, and audit-ready.
Support regulatory audits, examinations, and model risk reviews by providing technical documentation and system traceability.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
Guide engineering teams on best practices and architecture decisions.
Ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Required Experience
6–8+ years of experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).
Strong hands-on experience with OFSAA Financial Crime & Compliance Management (FCCM).
Experience implementing and supporting OFSAA Transaction Monitoring (TM).
Strong Oracle Database and Oracle SQL expertise.
Experience with ETL/IETL development and data integration.
Hands-on experience with AutoSys scheduling and batch job management.
Strong performance tuning and database optimization skills.
Experience supporting enterprise AML platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
Knowledge of SDLC, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
