1 Data Analysis and Insights
o Analyse structured and unstructured data to identify trends patterns and anomalies
o Translate data findings into actionable business insights and recommendations
o Build reports and dashboards to support decision making
2 Log Analysis and Issue Identification
o Consolidate logs from multiple systems and applications
o Perform detailed log analysis to identify defects performance issues and root causes
o Document findings and work closely with development and support teams for resolution
o Provide clear issue reports with evidence and recommendations
