Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our growing data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL development, Snowflake, and Python and will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality data assets that support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development.
Extensive experience working with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
Strong programming skills in Python for data processing and automation.
Experience with SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Experience designing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data architecture.
Experience working with cloud-based environments.
Knowledge of data integration, transformation, and orchestration tools.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Prefect, or similar.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Experience supporting business intelligence and analytics platforms.
