Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead or Architect
Location: Tampa, FL(Remote)
Duration: Contract

Role Descriptions:
Key Responsibilities
• Salesforce experience with hands-on work on real Salesforce implementations — not just admin/config
• Deep expertise across the Salesforce platform:
o Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, schedulable, governor limits, test patterns)
o Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes (and the trade-offs between them)
o SOQL/SOSL, custom objects, relationships, formula fields, validation rules
• Sharing & visibility model: OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules, manual shares, Apex sharing, territory management
• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, named credentials, external services, platform events, change data capture, Salesforce Connect

Strongly preferred
• Experience with GenAI / LLM-based products as either a user, evaluator, or builder — you do not need to be an ML engineer, but you should be comfortable working alongside one and understanding how prompts, RAG, evaluations, and agentic workflows fit together
• Experience with CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industries clouds (FSC, Health Cloud, etc.)
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Metadata API, SFDX CLI, Tooling API — these are how the agent ingests orgs
• Comfortable reading Python (FastAPI, LangChain) well enough to review PRs and propose changes, even if you do not author them

Nice to have
• Salesforce Industries / Vlocity experience
• Background in CRM strategy or transformation consulting (Big 4 or boutique)
• Prior experience building internal tools, accelerators, or IP in a consulting context
• Published Salesforce content (blog, conference talks, Trailhead contributions, open-source contributions)
