Role- Salesforce Tech Lead (Strong Pharma /Bio-Tech Background)
Location- Remote
10+ Years of IT Experience with 7+ Years in Salesforce and at least 3+ Years leading Salesforce Health Cloud implementations in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical Device industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution delivery.
Architect scalable solutions leveraging Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Design and implement Patient 360, Care Plans, Care Teams, Clinical Encounters, Program Management, and Patient Engagement solutions.
Define technical architecture, integration strategy, security architecture, and deployment approach.
Lead development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integration Frameworks.
Drive integrations with external systems such as EHR/EMR, Clinical Systems, ERP, Master Data Systems, and Third-Party Healthcare Applications.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and Pharma stakeholders to refine requirements and solution approaches.
Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, and Life Sciences regulatory requirements.
Lead estimation, technical planning, release management, and DevOps activities.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment planning, and production support.
