Project Overview
The Division of Integrated District Supports is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support the development of a platform that presents school system data in a clear, actionable, and user-friendly manner.
This role focuses on transforming complex education data into meaningful insights and recommendations that help school systems:
Identify areas for growth
Set measurable goals
Improve student outcomes
Streamline planning and compliance efforts
Scope of Work
The Candidate will:
Analyze school system data and translate insights into clear, practical recommendations.
Create dashboards and reporting tools that consolidate school system data into centralized, easy-to-use views.
Build automated systems (forms, surveys, applications) that collect and organize data efficiently.
Analyze statutory data across multiple federal and state plans to identify overlaps, redundancies, and opportunities for unification.
Propose data-driven recommendations to streamline plan requirements and eliminate duplication.
Develop scoring tools and trackers (e.g., Excel scorecards) to:
Review school system applications
Measure progress
Monitor outcomes over time
Support performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience building or supporting low-code tools/platforms (Power Platform or similar).
Ability to synthesize data across policies, datasets, and reporting requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Strong time management and deadline adherence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with statutory, compliance, or policy-related data.
Experience identifying and reducing duplication across reporting systems.
Familiarity with dashboards and automated data collection tools.
Experience supporting goal-setting and performance monitoring initiatives.
Background in education, public sector, or civic technology.
