Job Title: Senior Database Developer

Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
Utilize Azure and .Net Framework to develop and implement scalable solutions that improve business processes.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet the specified requirements and function optimally.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
Oversee the integration of SQL Server databases to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility across systems.
Develop and maintain C# applications to support various business functions and improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within the hybrid work model.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high levels of service availability and reliability.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user understanding and adoption of new systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and technology usage.
Support the manufacturing and supply chain domains by providing domain-specific insights and solutions.
Qualifications:
– Possess strong technical skills in Azure, .Net Framework, SQL Server, and C#.
– Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for database management and data analysis.
– Experience in the manufacturing and supply chain domains is highly desirable.
– Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing business needs.
– Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
– Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
– Proven track record of successful project delivery and system implementation.
