Job Summary
Erie Insurance Group is seeking a skilled MDM Architect with strong expertise in Informatica MDM, Informatica ETL (PowerCenter/IICS), and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments. The ideal candidate will design and implement enterprise master data solutions to support business and data governance initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub, IDD, SIF, Match & Merge Rules)
Extensive experience in Informatica ETL (PowerCenter / IICS)
Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Modeling)
Experience designing and implementing Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions
Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Profiling
Experience working with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
Knowledge of API integrations and service-oriented architecture
Familiarity with Insurance domain data models is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design enterprise-level MDM solutions using Informatica MDM
Define and implement data integration strategy using Informatica ETL tools
Design and optimize Data Warehouse architecture
Implement match/merge rules and survivorship logic
Ensure data quality and governance across systems
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
