Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Azure DevOps, including structure, standards, and best practices
Partner closely with the project lead to translate portfolio and reporting needs into ADO‑ready configurations
Provide guidance on ADO work item hierarchy, fields, processes, queries, and dashboards
Help set up and validate ADO dashboards and native reporting (no Power BI)
Advise on Service Tree alignment and how ADO data should be structured to support it
Support TPM onboarding to ADO, ensuring teams follow defined standards and conventions
Answer frequent and sometimes basic ADO questions with patience and clarity
Act as a bridge between portfolio requirements and what ADO can realistically support
Ensure ADO is set up in a way that enables future portfolio management via a custom application
