Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced IAM professional with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management solutions to support enterprise security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint IdentityNow.
Lead integration of SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and databases.
Manage user provisioning, access certification, and governance processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related technical issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align IAM strategies.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), policies, and compliance frameworks.
Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in IAM.
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint IdentityNow.
Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, REST APIs, and SQL.
Experience with integration of IAM tools with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and cloud applications.
Knowledge of compliance regulations (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and governance frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred:

Prior experience in large-scale IAM deployments.
Good communication and leadership skills.
