10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and
10+ supporting enterprise-grade applications
8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture,
8+ Rest APIs, MySQL
Experience in AWS Log Analysis (CloudWatch, application logs, monitoring dashboards)
Experience in Design and architecture review
Understanding of DevOps and working experience in CICD pipeline creation
Experience in leading offshore team and coordinating delivery
Technical/Functional Skills
10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications
8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Rest APIs, MySQL
Experience in AWS Log Analysis (CloudWatch, application logs, monitoring dashboards)
Understanding of DevOps and working experience in CICD pipeline creation is preferable.
Experience in Design and architecture review
Production Support & Troubleshooting
Strong concepts & knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Handson AI assisted development is a plus
Experience Required:
Experience in leading offshore team
Experience must include architectural design and development.
Develop new applications, components, or modules to meet functionality requirements
Design user application interface, business rules, system menus, user reports
Development experience with Java, Spring boot, REST APIs, Microservices
Hands on experience in latest Java Features (lambdas, collections, streams), SQL Queries, Troubleshooting logs, Performance fine tuning, Jenkins/CICD processes.
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
Architect and develop Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
Review, analyze, and troubleshoot application logs in AWS environments to identify and resolve issues.
Monitor production applications and provide root-cause analysis for incidents.
Identify permanent solution for repeating incidents.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Mentor offshore developers and provide technical leadership across the project team.
Drive technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
Support deployment activities and work closely with DevOps teams in CI/CD environments.
Generic Managerial Skills:
Experience in leading offshore team and coordinating delivery
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive technical decisions and delivery ownership.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
