Position: Java Full Stack Tech Lead / Product Manager

Location: Jacksonville, FL(Onsite)

Tech Lead / Product Manager

Key responsibilities  

• Lead product planning, requirements analysis, backlog prioritization, and roadmap execution.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define technical and functional solutions.

• Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs using Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Web, and Spring JPA.

• Lead the development of responsive web applications using React.

• Design, optimize, and support solutions using PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.

• Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

• Review solution designs, code, and technical deliverables to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.

• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and release execution.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, testing practices, and CI/CD processes.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful delivery.

• Track delivery metrics, product outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.

• Demonstrate expertise in leading product and engineering teams while balancing business objectives with technical excellence.
