Job Description-
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with AWS to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, cloud-native architecture, and AWS services. The role involves technical leadership, team mentoring, solution design, and direct interaction with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Architect and develop microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
• Drive application modernization initiatives and cloud migration strategies using AWS.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, architectural guidance, and mentoring to development teams.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and daily standups.
