We are seeking an experienced Core Java Developer with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and CI/CD pipelines to join our team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.Required Skills
10+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java/J2EE development
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
Extensive experience with Oracle Database and advanced PL/SQL development
Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, functions, and performance tuning
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, or similar
Strong experience with Git and source code management
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
Knowledge of application deployment, build automation, and release management processes
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skillsPreferred Skills
Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, or Microservices architecture
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting
Exposure to messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMSKey Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot application and database performance issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
