SCOPE OF WORK
1. Offeror proposed resource shall be responsible for the following: a. Installing, configuring, and maintaining Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers across development, testing, and production environments.
b. Performing system upgrades, patch management, and security hardening to ensure compliance with industry standards.
c. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
d. Implementing automation scripts using Ansible, Bash, or Python to streamline system administration tasks.
e. Configuring and maintaining Red Hat Satellite, Identity Management (IdM), and other Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) ecosystem tools.
f. Collaborating with security teams to ensure systems are protected against vulnerabilities and comply with security policies.
g. Maintaining and optimizing storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
