Role Summary
An M365 Integration Specialist / Engineer / Consultant is responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting the integration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform, etc.) into an organization’s IT environment. The role ensures seamless collaboration, secure adoption, and alignment with business needs during migrations, mergers, or digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integration strategies for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Support hybrid setups (on-premises AD with Azure AD / Entra ID).
M&A / Business Transformation Support
Assist with tenant-to-tenant migrations during mergers & acquisitions.
Set up cross-tenant collaboration securely.
Standardize processes for onboarding new agencies/business units.
