Responsibilities:-

As a Microsoft Purview SME, you will be responsible to review, revamp Data classification, dicovery and DLP use cases in current Microsoft Purview solution.
You will be working with the 3rd party team who assessed and provided recommendations for revamp of Microsoft Purview solution.
As you develop and obtain sign off on the new Microsoft Purview configurations the current Accenture MSS Data security operations team will provide the details of the current setup and will supporting testing and deployment of the revamped configurations Good proficiency in Architectural Design and Technology Architecture is suggested.
Advanced proficiency in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) is also suggested.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology architecture alignment with business goals
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Expertise with Microsoft Purview Data classification, Discovery, DLP solution.
Experience in review and revamp the Microsoft Purview data classification, discovery and DLP policies
Knowledge and experience on different DLP solutions like, Endpoint DLP, Email DLP and Network DLP.
Performed POCs for Data classification, discovery and DLP solutions.
 

The resource should have,

Overall: Hands on experience in design, Implement Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, custom SITs, baseline DLP policies, and retention labels, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps policies. Some of the key focus areas are as below.
Work with client stakeholders to prioritize DLP use cases across web, workstations/laptops (Windows and Mac endpoints), and M365 Collaboration platforms
Work with client stakeholders to Restart scanning for prioritized unstructured and structured locations for prioritized data elements.
Note: Microsoft Purview scanning has been paused for databases (Oracle, Snowflake, SQL), workstations/laptops (Windows and Mac), file servers)
Define, scan, and categorize cloud SaaS applications by approved, sanctioned, and unsanctioned in Microsoft Defender for Cloud apps
 

Query:

Is the project looking for resources more emphasized towards Data Management or Data Security ? Or are they looking for mixed of both ? : Data Discovery, Classification and Protection
Are these revamp data’s stored in onprem or all are in Cloud ?: Microsoft 365 suite.
Are these data Public / Confidential ? : Obviously Data discovery, classification and protection of different client private and sensitive information.
What is the size of data’s which has to be managed ? : Accenture does the MSS for Data Protection. We have separate team to manage it. The resource is just expected to bring the expertise to execute the work in 10-12 weeks’ time.
We understand its hybrid role, however; just wanted to check if the project be interested in resource with occasional visit to the client location (once / twice a month) ? : Yes.
Will the project be interested in looking at resources with higher rates ? : NO. Already shared the rates we committed and that is the only reason we are looking for Sub con resources.
