Role: Oracle HCM Integration Lead

Overview:

Client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Integration Lead to join their team. This role requires a skilled professional to oversee integration projects within Oracle HCM, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of systems. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Oracle HCM modules, integration tools, and project management, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage integration projects for Oracle HCM, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other tools.
Analyze business requirements, provide technical expertise, and recommend best practices for Oracle HCM integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide regular updates on project status.
Ensure compliance with data security policies and procedures during the integration process.
Support system upgrades and patches, ensuring compatibility with existing integrations.
 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Integration Lead or similar role.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and file-based integrations.
Familiarity with middleware and cloud-based integration platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, 2-3 days per week.
