Job Description
We’re seeking a senior-level Performance Engineer to join a growing Testing Enablement team and lead the performance engineering strategy across platforms and application teams. This role goes beyond test execution. You’ll serve as the subject matter expert who designs and implements the performance tooling ecosystem while ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of mission-critical applications. You’ll work alongside two team members in a collaborative environment where your insights will directly shape how performance testing is approached across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance engineering, thrives in environments where they can drive meaningful change, and enjoys the balance between strategic planning and hands-on technical work.
