Job Description

Minimum Experience:: 10 years

• Good functional in-depth knowledge in INS domain with Agile delivery model

• Hands on Experience in preparing Test Plan, strategy and present to the customer

• Lead the team of system engineers, prepare testing plan for Functional, E2E & Regression testing.

• Experience in Automation and drive the test strategy and execution plan.

• Should have hand on automation experience in one of the frameworks (BDD/ Karate/ Hybrid) using Java/Selenium.

• Work with business team for UAT test plan and coordination

• Participate in Release GO/No GO meetings to represent the QA status.

• Should be able to drive the daily, weekly cadence calls with customer & internal teams.

• Experience in Offshore – Onshore working model

• Should be well versed with complete SDLC process, collaborate with development teams to drive resolution of issues

• Ability to drive customer calls like scrum ceremonies, triage meetings.
