Sr. Business Analyst – Workday & ServiceNow

Role – Business Systems Analyst Workday & ServiceNow
Location – Remote / EST hours
Tentative Duration – 6 – 12 months
Experience: – 10+ Years

Educational Qualifications: –
Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Mandatory skills

8+ years applicable senior BA experience in healthcare
3-5+ years’ Workday – some working knowledge of data internals etc. (see above)
1-2+ years ServiceNow – ideally with knowledge of the Configuration Management Database and a broad general knowledge of SN modules (HR, PPM etc.)
Some experience working within a managed service where you could be sent to any BA need the client may have
Expertise in Business Requirement elicitation, User Story documentation
Need to be able to work concurrently projects and tasks
Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Some experience with project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
Workflow documentation – must have proficiency with Visio

Experience in working on CI/CD Pipelines using GitLab
