Project Description

Involves building an AI-powered agent in Salesforce using Agentforce AI to automate customer service tasks including drafting FAQ responses from knowledge documents, tagging investor requests by funds/type/accounts, and pulling documentation via client portal APIs. The goal is to reduce reliance on client services representatives while improving response efficiency and accuracy. The client is seeking a Salesforce developer with Agentforce AI experience to implement this solution.

 

Key Responsibilities

Build and configure Salesforce agents using Agentforce AI to automate customer service workflows.
Develop AI-powered features for FAQ response generation from knowledge documents and investor request categorization by funds, types, and accounts.
Integrate client portal APIs (e.g., K1s) for automated document retrieval and processing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce dependency on client services representatives while maintaining service quality.
Implement and test AI agent functionality to ensure reliable performance and user adoption.
Business Requirements

Financial services or investment management industry experience
Client-facing environment experience preferred
Independent work style with proactive communication skills
Problem-solving focus on cost-efficient development approaches
Technical Requirements

Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Service Cloud experience (Financial Services Cloud experience preferred)
Agentforce AI platform familiarity
Agentblazer badges on Salesforce Trailhead
Salesforce Data Cloud experience preferred
